Good news! Just moments ago, the House passed the American Clean Energy and Security Act by a vote of 219 to 212. We'll be working to thank those who voted correctly and letting the others know we're disappointed. But for now, we want to THANK YOU for your phone calls and other support.

We believe this bill will move swiftly to the Senate, where much remains to be done.  We are invested in strengthening this legislation as it makes its way to President Obama's desk.

But the momentum is with us, with a plan to move our country to a clean energy economy, create jobs and help our precious wildlife adapt to a warming planet.
